Since September 2024 the association has activated its mediation, family conciliation and assistance unit, in response to the large number of complaints received about the severing of the parent–child bond.
Our actions in support of fathers
- Accompanying fathers at their request, with guidance and follow-up at every stage.
- Initiating legal proceedings against anyone who deliberately flouts court orders or refuses to hand over the child to the person entitled to him.
- Concrete progress: we have obtained criminal convictions for depriving a father of the bond with his children.

- Casablanca: final judgment of one month's suspended imprisonment against the ex-wife of a father prevented from seeing and communicating with his children.
- Taroudant: first-instance judgment of four months suspended against the ex-wife and her father.
- Inezgane: first-instance judgment of one month's suspended imprisonment.
- Proceedings under way in Casablanca and Meknes, and other complaints awaiting judgment.
