The three conditions under which the association's unit travels to assist a father deprived of his children: a visiting order served and enforced, a bailiff being demanded, a closed door or obstruction manoeuvres.
Through its mediation, family conciliation and assistance unit, the association travels to assist any father deprived of his children or of the family bond, or facing manoeuvres circumventing the visiting order, provided the following conditions are met:
- An order organising visiting rights, served and enforced by a bailiff (interim order, divorce or judicial divorce judgment).
- The father is required to bring a bailiff for the handover of his children although the visiting order has already been enforced.
- Closed door, manoeuvres obstructing enforcement and failure to hand over the children at the time set for the visit.
How does the intervention work?
The father contacts the association (Facebook page, WhatsApp or the site's contact form) to agree on a date. The unit accompanies him on visiting day and assists him in all the steps and procedures needed to maintain the bond with his children, amicably first, by force of law if necessary. Interventions started in the Casablanca region in June 2024 and are being extended to every city of the Kingdom.
