Is this justice?

A father torn from his children's lives after divorce, "legal guardian" on paper only. We are neither against mothers nor against custody, but against exclusion: we ask for shared guardianship, custody and responsibility.

A father torn from his children's lives after divorce, prevented from seeing them or sharing their daily lives, while he is "legal guardian" only on paper! Meanwhile the mother keeps custody, claims legal guardianship, the marital home, half of the property — and even keeps custody after remarrying!

What logic do we live in? What kind of justice is this? How does a father become a stranger to his children? How can we tolerate a child being deprived of one of the pillars of his psychological and emotional balance? Has the father's role now been reduced to funding — without feelings, without presence, without a voice?

We are not against mothers… we are against injustice

We are neither against mothers nor against custody: we are against injustice, against exclusion, against destroying the father's image in his children's eyes. It is not enough to call for new laws; mindsets must change: the father is not an adversary, he is a partner in the upbringing and a pillar of the family.

We ask for genuine joint guardianship, shared custody, shared responsibility, balanced family justice, and the interests of a child who loves and is loved by both of his parents.
